“.. I would like to nominate Ritesh Sharma for going above and beyond in support of HP RPS contract even whilst on annual leave with the birth of his new son. Whilst Ritesh's wife was off doing tests and giving birth Ritesh continued to provide technical support to HP RPS technicians and service agents on this new account. He continued to send e-mails, chasing up software required to support kiosk rebuilds and even going out of his way to attend the first new AWA delivered high profile installation. Regardless of his leave the work commitment shown by Ritesh in his new Product Support Champion role is highly commendable…”
