Workshop Services
Our Principal offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra each have dedicated workshop facilities. These provide:
- Bench repair capability for desktop products and related technologies that require quick turn around times
- A “Return to Depot” service for customers
In addition our franchise network offers ICT and AV workshop repair capabilities and “Retail Drop Off” points in Sydney, Melbourne and the Central Coast of NSW. This is expanding rapidly.
In Sydney and Melbourne we also provide bulk repair capabilities for product recalls, DOA screening, product refurbishments and reconfigurations. This covers the whole range of ICT and AV products. These services are provided either at our facilities or at our customers premises.
