Our customer base includes multiple long standing clients from the same market sectors, which is testimony to our ability to provide professional, independent support with integrity and respect for the confidentiality of our customers intellectual property. We do not sell hardware or software. We have no ownership links or distribution agreements with any hardware or software vendors

As we often work in a multi-customer environment, that means delivering superior service not only to our direct client but also most importantly to their customer – the end user of the technology.

We do not fit you into our model – we build one for you. Our proprietary AWAre system in particular and flexible labour models allow us to build a service model that suits you.

We understand that the technology industry today is built on value chain partnerships and regularly work with our customers other partners to build a seamless solution. This includes OEM and OED manufacturers, specialist call centres, freight providers, specialist repairers and recycling and refurbishment operations, financiers and integrators.
