Our Capabilities

In supporting our customers AWA deploys :

  • Its own offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Newcastle with over 350 staff, supplemented by a flexible workforce as required.

  • Skilled field technicians. These may be deployed in mobile field teams - each with a modern, well maintained vehicle, appropriate tools and on-line communications or  we may have staff embedded in our customers premises.

  • A distributed workshop repair network, with each branch office having its own repair and walk-in customer collection capability. This minimises freight costs and improves turnaround times.

  • Intergrated logistics capability with each branch office having its own warehouse and dedicated logistics staff.

  • An agent network of over 700 partners, ensuring complete coverage of regional Australia.

  • Sydney based Response Center providing first and second line call support.

  • A dedicated Project Deployment team utilizing AWA's own PMBOK based methodology "The AWA WAY".

  • A strong corporate team ensuring good governance across all functions and compliance with the highest standards of quality systems, OH&S, risk, and environmental management.
