Why is AWA Franchising?

AWA Limited is an Australian owned organisation whose origins can be traced back to 1909.

For over 30 years we have specialised in supplying services and support to the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) market. In 2005 we acquired Telefix, spreading our reach into the Audio Visual (AV) and home entertainment technology markets.

AWA’s traditional service network focuses largely on restoration and deployment for technology vendors and large corporate customers.

However we believe there is currently a lack of credible national service providers who can support both ICT technology and the converging AV technologies in the small business markets and home markets.

AWA intends to fill that gap with a national network of technically skilled and service orientated franchisees.  We believe that a network of franchised owner-operators under the AWA banner and working to AWA’s standards, gives the flexibility and entrepreneurial sprit necessary to properly support these markets.

AWA is therefore currently seeking individuals and current businesses who are capable of aligning themselves to the AWA service philosophy and who have an aptitude for the skills required to repair and maintain ICT and AV equipment.
