Are you a potential AWA Franchisee?

We understand that the decision to become an AWA Franchisee is one that must be taken very seriously and must be of benefit to both parties. It will be, after all, an ongoing partnership that will last for a minimum of 5 years and therefore it must be beneficial to both parties.

We are committed to selecting the best people as we want to work with individuals who can grow with the company and work successfully within the AWA systems and service standards.

Where to from here?

Step 1

Complete the Expression of Interest form to register your initial interest or call 02 9764 7623. We will then contact you to discuss this offer in more detail. If both parties are comfortable to proceed, a first interview will be organised.

Step 2

This first meeting is essentially a ‘getting to know you’ meeting. During this process we will clarify the key elements of the AWA business opportunity, and ascertain whether there is a good fit between the two parties. At the end of the meeting you will be provided with a Franchise Application form to take home and complete.

Step 3

At the first meeting you will be provided with the necessary information to assess the business opportunity. Following the initial meeting, we encourage you to conduct research and/or seek independent advice to evaluate the AWA franchise opportunity. If you wish to proceed further, you will be required to pay an application fee of $3,000 accompanied by your completed Franchise Application form prior to a second meeting.  (If a candidate decides not to move forward with the application the Application fee will be refunded, less any legal costs incurred in the processing of the application.)

Step 4

During the second meeting more specific issues regarding franchising, such as the Franchise Code of Conduct, Disclosure document and Franchise Agreement will be presented and discussed. You will then be required to take these documents and seek independent legal and accounting advice.

Step 5

The third meeting will resolve any outstanding issues and questions, and will introduce you to some of the other members of the AWA family.

Step 6

The key objective for the final meeting is to finalise the decision and to sign the Offer to Franchise. At this point you will be expected to pay the franchise fee and we will proceed to finalise the legal documentation.
