Logistic Services
As traditional distinctions between Field and Depot services and Logistics have merged, AWA has significantly expanded its Logistics capability and offers:
- Asset Tracking and Management of our customers inventory in situ and in all stages of the repair and deployment cycles using our AWAre system
- Asset Audits across multiple locations delivering tailored asset information
- Full Reverse Logistics capability, including management of OEM and ODM manufacturers, other specialist repairers, freight and other value chain partners
- Parts management as part of our warranty management services
- Project and general product staging
- Bulk Repair and Staging for product recalls, DOA screening, product refurbishments and reconfigurations
AWA operates a dual hub logistics approach from its Sydney and Melbourne offices, each of which has extensive warehousing space. In addition each of our offices in Adelaide, Perth, and Brisbane has a dedicated warehouse and logistics staff.
