Step 1: How long ago did you buy the product?

Check if it is still under warranty and if so contact the manufacturer. (If it is an AWA branded product ring 1300 366 144.)

Step 2: Is it worth repairing?

It may be easier and cheaper to buy a new one. AWA does not want to talk you into repairing things that shouldn’t be repaired. If you need an idea of what it will cost please go to our price list or ring us on 1300 366 144. If you do buy a new product don’t forget we would love to help you install it and get it up and running.

Step 3: Do I want someone to come to my home or would I prefer to drop it off for repair?

If you want someone to come to your home or would like to know where you can drop it off, either complete the on-line request or ring us on 1300 666 410. We will make a set appointment time to come to see you or advise the nearest convenient drop off location.
