• Dedicated Network High Support Teams, servicing Cisco, Sun Microsystems, StorageTek and other critical equipment which requires short response times and high levels of technical skill
• General Desktop Teams supporting the broad range of desktop product and other related technologies
• Dedicated Eftpos Team supporting the specific requirements of high volume repairs and installations of Eftpos and POS equipment in multiple merchant sites
• Embedded staff on key customer sites servicing network and desktop products and providing deskside and logistics support.
• Our Franchise network supplemented by dedicated AV technicians support the broad range of ICT and Home Entertainment products in the Home Consumer and Small Business Market
