John Dougall
Executive Chairman
John Dougall has 40 years experience in the ICT industry, initially with IBM in Australia and the USA, and then with Data General as CEO in Asia/Pacific before heading up the UK/European operations. Since 1985 he has served as managing director of a number of Australian listed companies, including IDAPs, AWA, Aristocrat, and Commander Communications. John has returned to AWA as Executive Chairman and as a substantial shareholder.

  
 
Mark Rainbird
Managing Director
Mark was originally a senior executive with AWA from 1989 to 1997. Since that time he has held CEO or COO positions in a number of technology related companies, including Plessey Asia Pacific and Austral Refrigeration. Mark’s original background was in law and he has also been involved in academic work specializing in Value Chain management. Mark returns to AWA as Managing Director and as a significant shareholder.
  
 

Michael Brogan
Director
Michael is a senior executive of the FirstRand Group. In that capacity he is Chairman of FirstRand International and the RMB Australia Group.  Prior to joining the FirstRand Group, Michael had eight years international banking experience with Standard Chartered Bank where he held numerous senior executive director positions.  Prior to Standard Chartered Bank, Michael spent 14 years as a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants. Michael has extensive domestic and international business experience in the areas of corporate governance, audit, compliance and risk management. Michael is a Director of a number of Company Boards in Australia, Asia and Europe.
  
 

Robert Moran
Director

Robert Moran is a principal of the Allco Group. He has been instrumental in the principal investing activities of the Allco Group for the last five years. In that time, as well as being involved in the Allco Group's business development, Robert has led acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings and disposals of businesses on behalf of the Allco Group and funds managed by the Allco Group.  Prior to joining the Allco Group, Robert practiced law in the corporate/commercial area and now sits on a number of public and private company boards.
