Kel Pateman General Manager Business Development Kel Pateman is a 27 year veteran of the ICT industry, 15 of them spent in the Point-of-Sale and Systems business at Data Terminal Systems and ICL. During this time he held positions in system programming, sales and branch management. For the past 12 years he has been a member of the AWA team, working in both South Australia and New South Wales. He started with the business as it embarked on its transition from a Pick System focus to support third party IT products. Since joining the company he has been involved in business development and various management roles. Kel is actively involved with many of AWA’s key customers and new business partners.

Tony Gibbs General Manager Human Resources Tony has over 25 years experience in senior HR roles with leading Australian and multinational technology companies, including Aristocrat, AWA and EDS. He also ran a recruiting business for Australia’s leading HR consulting firm and in recent years has led HR consulting projects throughout Asia/Pacific. He returned to AWA in 2007.

Michael Schroeder General Manager Major Accounts Mike has more than 25 years experience in the ITC Service industry. After 5 years as the AWA National Operations Manager, Mike became General Manager of AWA Services in 1996. After the acquisition of AWA Limited by Jupiters in 2000, Mike was given the added responsibility for managing the Gaming Services division of the combined group. From 2002 to 2004 Mike was General Manager of the Tabcorp Services Division. In 2006 Mike rejoined AWA with particular responsibility for OEM customers.

Frank Tuohy General Manager Franchise Operations Frank has held a number of senior roles in technology related companies, most recently as General Manager and Director of Solectron Global Services Australia. Prior to that he had been Managing Director of Teco Australia Pty Ltd. Frank joined AWA in 2006 and has particular responsibility for AWA's franchise operations.

John Douglas National Logistics Manager John has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management where his main career appointments have seen him working worldwide with the Ministry of Defence (UK). John has been with AWA since 1990 and is now responsible for all of AWA’s logistics functions

Hugh Burns MIS Manager Hugh Burns is a career employee with AWA having started with the organisation as a Software Analyst working on mini & mainframe computers in1986. Hugh has stayed with software related roles within the services group today being the Information Systems Manager responsible for the development of all AWA's ICT assets such as AWA's unique AWAre Call Management System. Recent achievements include the successful web-AWAre product and sophisticated Business-to-Business interfaces with Global clients.

Marc Logan Chief Financial Controller
Marc joined AWA in 2008 and brings 27 years experience spanning the renewable energy, financial services, technology and distribution sectors. His experience includes roles in senior management and international trade and finance.
In 1997 he joined Plessey Asia Pacific as CFO with operations spanning Australasia. As head of finance he was instrumental in extensive M&A activities required to restructure the business.
In 2000 he joined a private structured finance house as CFO where he successfully built and mentored a team of 60 professional and support staff over a 6 year period.
He spent the 2 years prior to joining AWA as a key member of a team tasked with creating a renewable energy business which was successfully achieved. He also played a pivotal role in the profitable monetization of the business both locally and internationally.
