John Dougall Executive Chairman John has 40 years experience in the ICT industry, initially with IBM in Australia and the USA, and then with Data General as CEO in Asia/Pacific before heading up the UK/European operations. Since 1985 he has served as managing director of a number of Australian listed companies, including IDAPs, AWA, Aristocrat, and Commander Communications.

Mark Rainbird Managing Director Mark was originally a senior executive with AWA from 1989 to 1997. Since that time he has held CEO or COO positions in a number of technology related companies, including Plessey Asia Pacific and Austral Refrigeration. Mark’s original background was in law and he has also been involved in academic work specializing in Value Chain management and is co-author of “Strategic Operations Management – A Value Chain Approach” He is on the Board of Advice of the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies at the University of Sydney.

Michael Brogan Non-Executive Director Michael has a Chartered Accounting background and has held various senior executive director positions with major international banks in Asia and Australia. Michael has extensive domestic and international business experience in the areas of corporate governance, audit, compliance and risk management. Michael is a Director of a number of Company Boards in Australia, Asia and Europe. Michael is an investor in AWA in his personal capacity.

Robert Moran Non-Executive Director Robert Moran is a senior executive in the finance industry, notably in the areas of acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings and disposals of businesses. Prior to that Robert was a partner in a major national law firm practicing in the corporate/commercial area and now sits on a number of public and private company boards. Robert is an investor in AWA in his personal capacity.
