We will make an appointment with you and we will keep it. If we can’t for reasons outside of our control we will let you know.

We will bring the same level of service and experience that we use to support some of Australia’s major organisations into your home – punctual, polite and professional !

Where we can diagnose your problem in advance or you know exactly what you want we will give you a fixed price in advance and that is all you will pay. Where you are looking for more general help or we uncover problems you didn’t know about, we will give you a quote on the spot. We will always explain what we have done and why.
 

5. Guarantee: We don’t walk away.
If we say we will do something we will do whatever it takes. Our service does not finish when we walk out the door – if we say we have fixed it and the problem persists within the next 30 days we will come back for no additional charge.
