AWA has its own teams of skilled technicians in Sydney. Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Newcastle, supported by over 300 agents covering all of regional Australia and covering a broad range of technologies.

AWA performs between 15,000 to 20,000 service activities every month.


Sorting, Fixing and Refurbishing on the Bench

AWA operates a distributed workshop model, with test and clean and bench repair capabilities in each branch office, all interlinked by our AWAre system to give a seamless solution.

Each AWA branch office has a customer counter providing customer drop off and pick up facilities.

AWA also provides advance exchange and multiple drop point solutions.
