Restoration

Restoration is about keeping technology up and running. It can be simply described as “break/fix” but actually encompasses a broad range of activities.

We provide these range of services to our customers either as discrete packages or an entire service offering.

Our Restoration Support includes:

• National Field Services for a broad range of ICT, AV and Convergent Technologies using our own staff in major metropolitan areas and an extensive agent network to give true national coverage
• Workshop Repair facilities in each of our major branch offices
• Logistics support including full Reverse Logistics and Parts Management capabilities
• Specialist Warranty Management services for OEMs’ and major technology vendors
• High Availability / Intensive Support Teams to provide services for environments that require short SLA’s, higher level technical skills and close customer management.
• Dedicated High Volume Service Teams for cost senstitive environments where there are relatively homogenous tasks.
• Embedded Service Teams where it makes sense to have staff permanently assigned to a customers premises
• All of this is backed up by AWA’s General Service Teams who provide quality service delivery nationally based around AWA’s commitment to STAR service
