AWA IS THE NATI0NAL SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE BRANDS ABOVE
If your product requires service and it is UNDER WARRANTY you can log a service request on line by following the steps below.
Step 1: Check the warranty card that came with your product to see:
- How long the warranty runs for and whether it has expired
- What specific things the warranty covers (eg for some products it may only cover parts not labour after a certain period)
- Whether it entitles you to “on-site” service – we come to you - or whether it is your responsibility to return it to AWA or one of our Authorised Service Centers.
Step 2 : There are some circumstances where the warranty does not apply – for example it has been incorrectly installed. These are set out in the attached Terms and Conditions.
Step 3: Ensure that you have your proof of purchase for that product (invoice, docket, etc). We use that to ensure that your product is within its warranty term. If you do not have this we cannot provide service. If you have lost this, the retailer you bought the product from may be able to provide a replacement.
Step 4: If you are happy that all of the above are correct please fill in the attached form (Click here for Warranty Service Request Form) When you have completed this, it will be automatically be emailed to us.
Step 5: We will contact you within 2 business days to either make an appointment for on-site service, or tell you the nearest locations that you may return the product to.
If your product is NOT UNDER WARRANTY but you would like us to contact you to arrange a service visit or quote on the cost of repair (there may be a charge for providing that quote) then please fill out the attached form (Click here for Non Warranty Service Request Form ). It will be automatically emailed to us and we will then contact you to discuss how we may be able to assist.
